We have our inhouse crewing comprising of most seafarers from India , subcontinent and Philippines with our retention rate of over 94 % . Our crewing is handled by our India office and regulated by HongKong office . Our crew are well trained and experienced with continuous training programs and upgradations to be well familiarised with the ships , equipment and operations . Our crew matrix is compliant as per Oil majors and same we extend the same level for our non tanker vessels maintaining very good and high standards in terms of performance , safety and commercial understanding of ships operations as needed . Our crewing team comprises of ex Master Mariners and executive staff who have been working in various crew related departments liasing with the DG shipping for changing rules and requirements to keep abreast with the ILO and MLC requirements .
